BC Electrical Code Training
Technical Safety BC approved training provider permitted to deliver the 2024 Canadian Electrical Code FSR Renewal in conformance with the Electrical Safety Regulation (TR-557).
Self-Paced Online Training provides a flexible learning experience, allowing attendees to progress at their own pace and from any location.
With this format, attendees access online, self-paced training that can be completed on a desktop, laptop, or iPad (the most recommended device). Mobile devices such as Apple iPhones and Android phones will work, but video quality will depend on your internet or Wi-Fi service and your device's age.

Upon successful completion of TR-557, Canadian Electrical Code FSR Continuing Education, you will be able to:

Carlo's Biography
With over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry, Carlo Turra brings extensive field, inspection, and instructional expertise to electrical code training and education.
A Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician and Class A BC Field Safety Representative (FSR), Carlo has worked across multiple sectors of the electrical industry throughout British Columbia. His career includes serving as an Electrical Inspector with Technical Safety BC and continuing his electrical inspection work with a local AHJ.
For over 20 years, he has specialized in instructing and interpreting the Canadian Electrical Code, helping electricians, contractors, apprentices, industry professionals and stakeholders better understand the code requirements and apply practical applications in the field.
His expertise combines real-world experience with regulatory insight, providing students with practical knowledge that can be directly applied on the job.
